How did you get started in the modeling industry?

I started in the modeling industry after I won a free photoshoot. I had entered a raffle and got selected to do a boudoir shoot. I really enjoyed being in front of the camera, and after that, I started booking with photographers, and it just took off from there!

Can you share any interesting or memorable experiences you’ve had as a model?

As a model, I’ve had so many memorable experiences, it would be difficult to narrow it down. From getting my first cover on a magazine to being asked to feature as an extra in a short film, I would consider those as some of my top memorable experiences.

What do you enjoy most about being a model?

I enjoy the freedom of creativity. I love that each shoot I do, I get to bring some of my ideas to the camera. I also really enjoy getting dressed up and the feeling of confidence modeling gives me. It’s just overall a lot of fun for me.

Are there any brands that you dream of working with?

I am grateful for the brands that I have worked with in the past. I don’t have a specific brand that I dream of working with, but I am always open to those that want to collaborate with me. I enjoy helping out.

How do you stay confident and comfortable in front of the camera?

I stay confident by making sure I am relaxed and feeling good. I like to stay active and practice a healthy routine when it comes to my mind and body. Preparing myself before a shoot is crucial because I like to make sure everything goes as planned.

Does cannabis play any part in your modeling career?

Yes! Cannabis plays a part in my modeling career both for my mental state and sometimes as a prop! Smoking before a photoshoot keeps me calm, collected, and tuned into my creativity.

What advice do you have for aspiring models who are just starting out?

My advice would be to just do it, go all out, and have fun! Don’t be afraid to be yourself. Reach out to people you want to work with, and you’d be surprised with the great feedback you receive and the opportunities that arise.

Have you ever incorporated cannabis into your modeling shoots or projects?

I have! I was featured in a 420 themed issue of RetroLovely Magazine. That one was a favorite of mine. Although I must say, I was pretty faded after the shoot…and hungry… I was very hungry!

Are there any specific cannabis strains that you find particularly inspiring?

I’m a hybrid gal. I do enjoy being able to tap into my creative space while being in a calm state. I also enjoy good sativa. I have smoked Indica before a shoot, and man were those eyes of mine low, haha!

Have you encountered any challenges or obstacles related to the perception of cannabis in the modeling industry?

I personally haven’t. People will always have their opinions on it, but I wouldn’t let that stop me from incorporating it into my modeling.

What are your long-term goals and aspirations as a model?

Modeling has become more of a hobby of mine. I would love to do this full time, but at the moment, it isn’t possible for me. For now, I would love to continue working with brands that reach out to me to model their line/products.

Can you tell us about any upcoming projects or collaborations you’re excited about?

I recently did a shoot in Northern California, and I cannot wait to see what becomes of that project. I have a few collabs in the works; I can’t wait to share those when it is time!
