Governor Hochul Speeds Up Adult-Use Cannabis Cultivation

New York Joins Ranks of 16 States Legalizing Cannabis
On March 30, 2021, the New York State Legislature made history by approving the Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act (MRTA) with significant majorities in both the Senate and Assembly.
